First, ALL TEAMS will receive a full refund of their registration fees. That includes teams that started their early morning games on Saturday.

As of 9:15 am CST, the Parks Departments for both complexes have declared the fields unplayable for Saturday. This was a decision based on the amount of rain received in the last hour and the forecasting of more rain and severe weather coming this afternoon. This decision was made with everyone’s safety in mind.

With such poor weather so far this spring, our hope was to do everything we could to try to make this weekend’s tournament happen to allow teams the opportunity to get games in, even if games needed to be modified/rescheduled. With the forecast continuing to worsen and the amount of rain we’ve received in the last hour, we are deciding to officially CANCEL the remainder of the tournament.

We apologize for the inconvenience of waiting until today. With receiving such great weather over the past two weeks, we believed that we would be able to adapt and play this weekend.

We will begin the refund process today. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process. Your refund will be generated in the manner which your team paid (e.g, card payments will go back to the card, check payments will receive check in the mail).
